The AI detection device for cable surface defects based on deep learning (flat wire) is an intelligent detection tool specifically designed for high-speed flat wire production lines. This system combines deep learning algorithms with advanced image processing technology to achieve precise identification and localization of surface defects on cables.
Function and Purpose:
Real-time defect detection: Detects defects in real-time during production line operation. As shown in the figure below.
Real-time alarm for defect detection: Provides real-time alarm notifications to employees when defects are detected.
Defect record archiving and traceability: Records and archives defect type, size, time, and location.
Defect information printing: Equipped with a thermal printer to print relevant defect information during detection.
Wrap distance detection: Detects the wrap distance, as shown in the figure below.
