Product Overview:
The handheld laser diameter measuring instrument uses laser scanning, with high precision and small size, making it a portable diameter measuring instrument. The instrument uses a high-resolution color display screen and a graphical user interface, providing clear measurement display and simple operation. The instrument measures wire from one direction and has the ability to store and retrieve measurements; it also has a user management function for convenient user management.
Working Principle:
The working principle diagram of the CJY-02A handheld laser diameter measuring instrument (see Figure 1) shows that the test information is the shadow signal formed by the portion of the laser scan blocked by the measured object. Let the laser measurement area scanning speed be V, and the light blocking time of the measured object be T, then the diameter D of the measured object = K × V × T (K is a constant). With a constant motor speed, the scanning speed V is constant. Through CPU (microprocessor) calculation and processing, the width T corresponding to the light blocking time is measured, and the diameter of the measured object can be obtained.
