Working principle:
The CJY-80C series measurement and control instrument is specifically designed for automatic control of the tube diameter in the labyrinthine drip irrigation tape production process.
The basic principle of the measuring and control instrument is to place a linear CCD in a parallel optical path. The drip irrigation tape is placed in front of the CCD in the optical path. The light emitted to the CCD is partially blocked by the drip irrigation tape, so the signal output by the CCD has a section of shadow. Obviously, the width of the shadow has a one-to-one correspondence with the outer diameter of the drip irrigation tape. Then, using digital circuit design and single-chip microcomputer processing, it is easy to obtain the number of CCD pixels corresponding to the shadow, thereby calculating the outer diameter of the drip irrigation tape (tube diameter signal), and simultaneously generating a control signal to control the pneumatic control system composed of solenoid valves, pressure reducing valves, etc. When the outer diameter of the drip irrigation tape measured by the measuring and control instrument is greater than the set value, the measuring and control instrument closes the solenoid valve to reduce the air pressure in the drip irrigation tape, thereby reducing the outer diameter of the drip irrigation tape. When the outer diameter of the drip irrigation tape is less than the set value, the measuring and control instrument opens the solenoid valve to increase the air pressure in the drip irrigation tape, thereby increasing the outer diameter of the drip irrigation tape.
